If you contact us after 24 hours, please ensure the images are timestamped on the image itself or provide a screenshot showing the timestamped date in the image metadata, showing the date of delivery.
Resolution of Damage:
- If damage is reported within 24 hours and images are provided, we will replace or repair the affected items at no cost to you.
- If you report damage after 24 hours and cannot provide timestamped images, we will still proceed with repairing or replacing your order, but a repair fee and shipping fee will apply.
